OWRC Annual Conference
December 1-3, 2025 in Hood River, Oregon
Attend OWRC’s premier event with other irrigation districts, water control districts, drainage districts and other agricultural water suppliers; product suppliers, consultants, and related water professionals for a two day program with optional pre-conference workshop. Our robust educational program is filled with valuable information and networking opportunities. Program starts Monday with pre-conference workshop, main program Tuesday through Wednesday, followed by a banquet dinner and raffle. Exhibit and Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Pre-Conference Workshop: Tips for Effectively Communicating District Needs & Preparing for Grant Opportunities at the Federal Level – Lane Dickson, The Ferguson Group, additional speakers TBD. Start at 1pm, end by 4:30pm

LODGING: OWRC has reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Hood River Inn for conference attendees. Make your reservations before the block expires on November 18, 2025, or you may not be able to stay at the conference hotel, and please be sure to notify the hotel that you are with OWRC. REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be remitted until after the conference. Refund requests must be in writing and must be received by the OWRC office on or before November 24, 2025. Only exceptional circumstances will be considered after this date. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to any refundable portion.
