OWRC Annual Conference
November 30 – December 2, 2026 in Hood River, Oregon
Join us in 2026 (November 30-December 2) for our premier event with other irrigation districts, water control districts, drainage districts and other agricultural water suppliers; product suppliers, consultants, and related water professionals for a two day program with optional pre-conference workshop. Our robust educational program is filled with valuable information and networking opportunities. Program starts Monday with pre-conference workshop, main program Tuesday through Wednesday, followed by a banquet dinner and raffle. Exhibit and Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Please leave your exhibit up until the afternoon break concludes on Wednesday (~ 3:45pm). Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 2.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be remitted until after the conference. Refund requests must be in writing and must be received by the OWRC office on or before November 23, 2026. Only exceptional circumstances will be considered after this date. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to any refundable portion.
LODGING: OWRC has reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Hood River Inn for conference attendees at a great nightly rate, ranging from $135 Economy, $149 Non-view King or Queen, $169 Riverview King or Queen, to $185 Executive Riverview, plus taxes. Make your reservations before the block expires on November 10, 2026, or you may not be able to stay at the conference hotel, and please be sure to notify the hotel that you are with OWRC.
