District staff, board members and consultants will be provided with innovative strategies, technological tools,
and on the ground solutions to help better meet a variety of water management challenges.
We will also have exhibit opportunities for product suppliers, consultants, and other water professionals. Exhibit fees: $175 OWRC members; $225 for non-members, and includes Wednesday Reception, Thursday morning and afternoon refreshments with attendees, a 6 foot draped table with chair, electrical access and WiFi.
Please also consider joining us for the 2nd Annual Elmer G. McDaniels Memorial Golf Tournament on Wednesday, September 30th at the River’s Edge Golf Course. Golf registration is $130, which includes the 19th Hole Reception. Wednesday Welcome Reception/19th Hole only (no golf) is $40

LOCATION & LODGING: The Technical Seminar will be held at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes Convention Center located at: 2850 NW Rippling River Court, Bend, OR 97703. Lodging will be at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes located at 3075 N. Business Hwy. 97, Bend, OR 97703. OWRC has secured a room block with rates of: $115 (Property View) and $145 (River View), plus applicable taxes. Please make your reservation, referencing Oregon Water Resources Congress Technical Seminar, no later than 9/11/2020 by contacting the Riverhouse on the Deschutes directly at: 1-866-453-4480. 48 hour cancellation is required. Contact the OWRC office if you encounter any problems.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be remitted until after the event. Refund requests must be in writing and must be received by the OWRC office on or before September 25th. Only exceptional circumstances will be considered after this date and a $25 administrative fee will be applied to any refundable portion.
COVID-19 Requirements: In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, OWRC is working with the Seminar facility to ensure adequate spacing to allow for social distancing and implementing a variety of precautions for the health and safety of our speakers and attendees. The event will be held in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements in place at the time of the Seminar. Face coverings will be required in accordance with statewide requirements and OSHA guidance.
