Farmers Irrigation District

Farmers Irrigation District's recently completed intake diversion, located on the mainstem of the Hood River.
This intake replaced an old diversion that was damaged
by the 2006 flood event and has performed flawlessly
through 2 high-water events.

Ochoco Irrigation District

Ochoco Irrigation District's main pumping plant, Barnes Butte Pumping Plant, lifts water from the Crooked River Diversion Canal to the Crooked River Distribution Canal.

Talent Irrigation District's Denil fishway, installed on the Upper Wagner Cr. Diversion. This particular diversion is a smaller structure used to divert supplemental rights
during part of the irrigation season.

Membership in the Oregon Water Resources Congress is open to water supply districts, irrigation, water control, port, drainage and water improvement districts; corporations; cities and counties; individual water users; and agribusiness and industry associates. Membership dues vary based on type of membership and are assessed annually.

Current Members

OWRC district members include irrigation districts, water control districts, drainage districts, diking districts, water improvements districts, and corporations for use or control of water. OWRC membership also includes affiliate members, who provide experience and expertise to OWRC members. Affiliate membership is open to individuals and companies that support the purposes of OWRC.
